Honestly this is one of the best hair company I have encountered with. I did have some fears in regards of the quality of the hair but it is just amazing barely any shedding and the hair is full and soft. Customer service was so good there was communication throughout the whole journey plus the wig came very quickly with a pair wig cap and a set of lashes which I think is very generous. I recommend 100%!!! I have had negative experiences with wigs before and this Company fixed it!!! Before buying the hair I had to make sure that I was in good hands I had a chat with one of the company members and they reassured me taking away my worries. When I bought the hair I only had to wait 4days before it arrived which I think is quite fast considering how Aliexpress sometimes takes a bit longer. The hair was wrapped well and when I tested to see if it was good quality there was barely any shedding which is super important to me. Also the hair was not peach black which gives it a more natural look which I really like. The frontal has some nice hairline with baby hairs as a plus. Customer service is really important and having good communication with your clients is essential and I do think that UEENLY have done it. Will definitely buy from them again!!!
